Thanks to the folks at FSBO.ca for another quick sale and over $22k in savings on commissions. Not only is this the second time I have used these knowledgeable folks, but a third is coming soon. This last sale was a commercial sale which I needed a bit more assistance from the crew at FSBO and naturally they were there to help me immediately. I listed my place on Marketplace and several other sites before listing it on MLS, and while I had some traffic, and lots of shares and views, I had only a handful of messages and no real interest. After only two hours on MLS I had an offer, and saved myself about $7000. I would use FSBO anytime in the future!

I was very pleased with the service!
