Our commitment

We aim to provide a keyboard-friendly browsing experience, meaningful labels and headings, sufficient colour contrast where we control the design, and clear ways to contact us if you encounter a barrier. Improvements are ongoing; we do not yet claim full WCAG conformance.

What this site covers

EasyListRealty.ca is the brokerage marketing site for Easy List Realty Ltd. You can browse listings, learn about pricing and services, and contact our team here.

Account login, registration, listing creation, and payment are provided on our sister platform, ForSaleByOwner.ca (For Sale By Owner Inc.). Accessibility of those off-site flows is outside the direct control of this website.

Known limitations

Some photo galleries use GLightbox, a third-party lightbox that may not be fully keyboard- or screen-reader-optimized. Listing pages still show photo grids and captions outside the lightbox.
Some carousels use third-party slider libraries; reduced-motion and announcement behaviour continue to improve.
Login, register, add-listing, and Moneris payment experiences live on ForSaleByOwner.ca and may differ from this site.
